Install
With the skills CLI, which installs into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and other agents:

Before installing
- Decide whether the agent may use web search when roadmap context is confidential.
- Check that creating `Outcome-Roadmap-[year].md` in the current folder is acceptable.
